Trip Start

Our trip starts at 9am on Saturday, June 4, 2022, at Hotel Costantinopoli 104 in Naples.

Arrival Airport

The best airport to fly into is Naples International Airport (NAP) in Naples, on Viale F. Ruffo di Calabria. There are direct flights to Naples' airport from most major European hubs.

We recommend arriving at least one full day prior to the start of your trip in the case of unforeseen circumstances or travel delays. For information on where to stay the night before, see the following Pre-Arrival Accommodations section.

Transfer from Airport

We recommend booking a taxi through our hotel no more than 30 days ahead of your arrival. To arrange your taxi, contact Hotel Costantinopoli 104 directly via email at info@costantinopoli104.it.

Alternatively, you can organize your own taxi upon arrival at NAP airport. Taxis are easy to find at NAP: once you clear security and collect your bags, look for the clearly marked signs directing you to the arrivals area. Typically, taxis in Naples are white and transport to the city center should cost a flat rate of roughly €16-18. For more information, please visit the Naples Airport website.

Pre-Arrival Accommodations

We stay in a variety of hotels on this trip—rooms go fast and daily rates change frequently. If you plan to arrive in Naples prior to the beginning of our journey, we recommend staying at the Hotel Costantinopoli 104 (see Accommodations in the Trip Overview). To book, please contact the hotel directly at info@costantinopoli104.it. Let them know you will be on a trip with Modern Adventure, and would like to extend your stay prior to the trip start. We will where possible try to avoid unnecessary room changes, please note that this is not always an option and rooms are subject to change.

We end our trip—after a week of exploration, connection, and delicious food and drink!—on Friday, June 10, 2022, at the Aquapetra resort in Telese Terme, a 60-minute drive from Naples. When possible, we recommend joining the group transfer back to Naples with Modern Adventure on our final day.

Departure Airport

We recommend booking your outbound flights from Naples International Airport (NAP) in Naples, both our inbound and outbound airport.

Transfer to Airport

After breakfast on our last day, Modern Adventure will provide a complimentary transfer to Naples’ NAP airport. If you would like to join this transfer, your flight home should depart from NAP at 2pm or later.

Please note: If you book a flight that leaves earlier than 2pm, or if you are planning on extending your time in Telese Terme, it is your responsibility to arrange alternative transportation from Telese Terme to the airport. Please arrange your taxi at least 5 days in advance by contacting Aquapetra Resort at info@aquapetra.com. Let them know you are traveling with Modern Adventure.
